Integrative Healing is the coalescence of healing modalities and aroma therapy intuitively offered to heal body, mind, & spirit. An Integrative Healing session lasts about 60-75minutes. You will lie on a massage table, shoes off, eyes closed. This session will be a combination of biofield tuning, sound and energy medicine modalities.

Sound Healing~ Bio-Field Tuning
A BioField Tuning session lasts about 60-75 minutes (allow for 90 minutes). You will lie on a massage table, shoes off, eyes closed. Tuning forks, both on and off the body will be used. Other instruments will be utilized as needed. A mini sound bath with crystal and Tibetan bowls and chimes will also be offered as a unique way to end the session. Distance Healing Sessions are also available.

Sound Journey ~ Sound Bath
Sound Journey Sessions can be for individuals, but are more often provided for small to large groups. Participants will lie comfortably on a yoga mat and receive a variety of relaxing and healing sounds. A session lasts about 60-90 minutes.
Cost per person at the SHINE FREE WELLNESS CENTER location is $50.

Reconnective Healing or Reiki Hands-On
Reconnective Healing session lasts about 45-60 minutes. You will lie on a massage table, shoes off, eyes closed. This is a hands-off method. My hands will be placed slightly above the body. It is recommended that you experience two or three sessions to adjust to the new healing frequencies.

Compassion Key ZOOM Session
I have studied and worked with a variety of holistic healing modalities, and have become a certified practitioner for facilitating Compassion Key Sessions. These sessions are facilitated remotely via Zoom. The process provides both structure and support. It is a facilitated self-directed and gently guided session designed to release that which no longer serves your highest good, thereby accelerating your personal growth and wellbeing.
During a session which lasts from 60-75 minutes, you will be supported in identifying, exploring, reframing and releasing underlying issues that have prevented you from moving forward in your life as you desire. These sessions are facilitated without judgment, in a way that validates with compassion and deep understanding of the human condition.

Yoga
Each Friday morning from 9:30-10:30 am at The Shine Free Wellness Center, I lead a RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA group class.
Yin Yoga combines elements of both Yin and Restorative Yoga practices...and some chair work.
Yin Yoga involves holding postures for an extended period, focusing on stretching and applying healthy tension to the connective tissues. Restorative Yoga, on the other hand, emphasizes relaxation and restoration, with postures held for several minutes but with little to no effort. The primary goal of Restorative Yoga is to calm the nervous system and provide deep relaxation, while Yin Yoga encourages a mental and emotional connection with the stretching sensations. This combination allows practitioners to experience both deep relaxation and gentle stretching, making it a beneficial practice for stress relief and overall well-being.
