A 5-Week Women’s Journey into Self-Responsibility, Truth & Freedom
Are you tired of feeling caught in the same emotional patterns—over-giving, feeling misunderstood, or carrying the weight of others? Do you notice yourself moving between helping, blaming, and feeling overwhelmed…yet longing for something deeper, more grounded, and more true?
This is your invitation to step out of the cycle—fully.
In this 5-week intimate women’s group, we will explore:
The hidden patterns of the victim, rescuer, and perpetrator
How these roles show up in your relationships and inner dialogue
The deeper needs and emotional roots beneath each role
Releasing over-responsibility, guilt, and reactivity
Embodying self-responsibility, clear boundaries, and honest expression
Returning to your center—calm, grounded, and empowered
A unique element of this experience. Each 90-minute session will close with a deeply restorative 30-minute sound bath to help you integrate the emotional and energetic shifts from our time together. This is where the work moves beyond the mind…and into the body.
